About Indentia
We build the platform we wished we'd had — every time we tried to do real work with AI inside a regulated organization.
Indentia started as a reaction to a frustration: every "enterprise AI" product we evaluated assumed the data was free to leave the building. Most of our customers can't make that assumption. So we built a platform for the people who can't — and along the way discovered that the people who can, usually shouldn't either.
What we believe
Four principles. No exceptions.
Privacy is not a feature.
It is the foundation. GDPR-native, EU data residency, and an audit trail that holds up. No checkbox compliance.
Standards over magic.
RDF, OIDC, S3, OpenTelemetry. If a primitive already exists and works, we use it — instead of inventing a new one.
Every claim is cited.
An answer without a citation is an opinion. Indentia treats provenance as a load-bearing wall, not a feature flag.
Build things that outlive us.
The platform must work without phone-home — and without us. Your data and pipelines outlast every vendor relationship.
The name
Indentia = Identity + Intent + Indie.
Three words that together say what the platform stands for: your identity, your intent, your independence. Not by accident — by choice.
- Identity — Your organization's identity lives in your knowledge.
- Intent — Indentia understands the intent behind the question, not just the words.
- Indie — Independent. European. Not tied to US big tech.

How we work
Small team. Long memory.
A compact engineering crew in the Netherlands, with deep roots in defence, government and regulated enterprise. We ship open where we can, and keep our roadmap honest by running every release on our own internal platform first.
No hype cycles. Five-year deployments instead.
